Posts not appearing in Featured Content arbitrarily

We are using the Featured Content block to list excepts of recent posts. Suddenly, the latest post does not appear: Here is the post: https://remieracanottiericannaregio.it/lettera-del-presidente-ai-soci-del-corso-di-avviamento-alla-voga-17-03-2021/ It appears in the category list: https://remieracanottiericannaregio.it/category/articoli-news/ But it does not appear on the home page (one page of Chrome browser yes, Safari and other Chrome pages no, and not on Safari at all: https://remieracanottiericannaregio.it/ I have cleared cache, also changed the number of posts to include and it does not change. Can you see anything? https://remieracanottiericannaregio.it/ I would appreciate any help. :)
