Posts disappearing!

Guys, I don't know what's happening here, but when I try to post here, I get Page Not Found after submitting. You can see the post shows in the list of forum topics, but click on it and the page is not found. I'm needing help. Someone fix this. UPDATE: just did this in an incognito window and the problem went away. FYI for anyone else having this problem.
