Posting showing in Simple Catch Theme Header

I have installed Simple Catch theme in my wordpress site. When I publish the post, it also appears in the Main Header of the site and when I add the featured image it appears on the header. How do remove the post from appearing in the header Kindly help me to resolve this issue? Thanks and Regards
