Post navigation: Older/Newer posts

Hi, how can I change colour and size of "<--Previous post" and "Next post -->" links at the bottom of post? And how can I change colour and size of "<--Older posts" and "Newer posts -->" links at the bottom of homepage? I would also like to translate it. thank you Peter
