Post format options disappeared

The format options, i.e., Standard, Link, etc., on the posting form were visible when I first installed Catch Box. Suddenly, the list is gone. I tried deleting and reinstalling the theme. Still can't get the list back. Any help will be most appreciated. Thank you.
