Post Categories to static page

A) I have a category selected on the 'home/frontpage options', but all the posts were still showing up on the home page (4 of them). B) Also with a category selected I now only have that category on the post page itself "Pantry News" (There should be 4 there, not 3) C) I had to change the number on settings/readings  to 3 to get the home page correct.  When it was at the default 10, 4 images were showing up on the front page instead of just the one category. Anyway, it seems reversed to what it should be. https://novascotiapantry.ca
