Possible bug???

My site consists of 4 pages. Home, About, Calendar, Photos. I'm having an issue where I have the header image set to entire site. However the About page does not show it. I have tried everything to get it to show up on that page, but cannot find the problem. UPDATE: Now the image (provided guitar player with blue smoke background) is not showing up on any page.
