Portfolio > Project Post HTML and Images not showing

OK I wrote some HTML code containing DIVs, IMGs, & Ps and am calling that Project from the Portfolio options... All I see is a big black box! Help - need to know how to be able to create custom content in one of the main home fullscreen panels!
