Portfolio options in Customizer

I have installed and activated the Essential Content Types plugin and have enabled Portfolio projects. When I go to Customizer to edit settings, I still get the message "For Portfolio, install Essential Content Types Plugin with Portfolio Content Type Enabled" - It is enabled!
