Portfolio featured photos

Hi, Is there a way to make the featured photos in my portfolio the same size? The first photo in each row starts small and gets bigger. I know it's not just the image size because the first and sixth photos are the same size, but they appear differently on the site. http://www.meghancoyle.com/
