Portfolio featured image not linking to Portfolio page

I have created 3 portfolios and these display successfully on the homepage. However, when clicked, they do not link to the corresponding portfolio page. It links to an error page with this message: “Nothing Found Oops! That page can’t be found” Please advise. How can I get the portfolios to work? Using Clean Portfolio Free. Regards Davey
