Portfolio feature on page instead of homepage

Hi, I want to place a portfolio on a normal page of the theme clean journal, instead of homepage, is that possible? And is it correct that I need to install the additional plugin? I want to place the portfolio with hover effect on this page: https://nieuwburgen.nl/leden/ I want to make it look like: http://ondernemendkoggenland.nl/leden/ Hope it is possible!! :)
