Portfolio editing question – change link name and add more posts on page

Two questions - 1. I want to change the permalink name for my portfolio. I don't like it saying "portfolio". How do I do this? 2. It seems like my portfolio starts with the oldest first, therefore when I post a new post, it does not show at the top of the page. How to I set my portfolio up to post the most recent posts at the top? my page is www.thepittstopstravel.com
