Polylang integration with Header media title/description

I am trying to figure out how to integrate Polylang with this theme. I found a similar thread for the Catch Fullscreen Pro theme with a working solution, but I can't manage to modify that solution for the "Catch Inspire" theme, can someone help me, please?
