Plug in Header Enhancement for Rock Band Theme

Hi, there is a forum post recommending Header Enhancement plugin for the rock band theme... i have downloaded it and i get a stationary image on mobile phone and website... all the links to buy the pro version are broken... i would like to buy the plugin as its the last thing to finish my website.. can i please get a link where i can buy this plugin.. thank you for all the help regarding my website.
