Please Please help! Get rid of Mt Everest?

How on earth do I get rid of the picture of mount everest and the Nepales prayer wheel on my web site?  These two picture are the default images when you use the catch everest theme. I've been trying for two hours and I can't seem to set my own picture into this area or get rid of mount everest. What on earth am I missing?
