Please HELP, permalink error that came out of nowhere.

Hello, Something has happened to the website built that has created a /specialist-2/ permalink that I don't know where it came from and goes nowhere, hence rendering an "Oops! That page can’t be found" error. It does not let me manually delete /specialis-2/ in order to restore it to the way it used to be. Not sure how this happened, I'd really appreciate your help. Here is one of the pages with the error. http://destinationvows.ca/specialists-2/specialists/british-columbia/ I have several pages with the same issue. Please help. Thank you so much. Luis
