placement menu under Header Media

Hi, I hav ebought shutter pro theme. No I am installing manually the demo version. I don't want to install it all at once because I had already quite some work into it. No I want to have the menu installed under the Header media. Just as in the Demo version shows. " ALL - BOG - DESING ETC " . How do I get this menu installed. By the menu options, this is not an option to choose. Please help me! Thanks
