Picture In Header Missing After Update

I used to have a picture in the header to the right of the logo and underneath the title/description. When I did the update, it was gone and I can't figure out how to get it back. I thought it was the feature slider - but I have recently updated that to work, and it is not the aforementioned picture in the header that I was looking for. There is now a large empty space there.
