Picking up a subscription later on

I hope this my question, is in the right forum. I run Catch Base Pro on fleksjobbernetvaerket.dk I bought the theme April 20th 2015 (as I reacall). My one year subscription ends in 2016. Question: If I would like to wait untill 2017, to pick up the subscription and continue from then, can I do that? (I mean, its like taking a break and then continue a subscription lator on) thanks Knud
