PHP 8.3 Needed

Does the latest update fix the php problem. My site needs at least 8.3. I have version 3.4.2 so it's outdated, but before I repurchase I need to know if it now handles php 8.3 and higher. Anything higher than php 7.4.33 breaks the site. Is this theme related?
