Photofocus Pro Mobile Phone Capability Issue

I purchased Photofocus Pro less than a month ago. And when I launched the website it looks fine on a desktop computer but doesn’t load well on the mobile phone. The header doesn’t load so it’s blank. And the sections are widely spaced.
