PhotoFocus Free Theme Gallery Setup

Hello, I am new to WordPress/PhotoFocus. I am trying to set up a gallery similar to the one on the PhotoFocus demo. However, I am unsure of how. I have my WordPress page hosted on Bluehost FWIW. I have been able to set up my photos using WordPress's Media Library, but all of the pictures are grainy and the layout is not as nice as the gallery layout shown in the demo. Could anyone point me in the right direction of how to set this up? I would really appreciate it!
