Password reset link keeps expiring

Hi, I’m trying to reset my Catch Themes account password, but the reset link expires immediately, even if I click it right away. I’ve tried multiple browsers and requesting the link several times, but still can’t log in. Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix? Thanks!
