Pages with no sidebar

Site I am developing calprogramsautistic.org The home page http://calprogramsautistic.org and http://calprogramsautistic.org/support/2014_fundraiser/ do not use a sidebar. When these pages are viewed on smart phone or screen size smaller than 1024x768 - the body text appears offset right and does not scale responsive. Why are these pages not responsive in the body content? We are working on updating the table to a responsive style and this does not appear to impact the text positions as noted above.
