Pages Widget: Top-Level Pages Only?

How do I show only the top-level pages in the Pages Widget? Currently, it is showing every pages that I've created, which is making the footer a lot longer than I'd like. See www.jennifernaussconway.com. I believe it is Footer 1 (on the left). Thanks.
