Pages showing double content

I just bought your theme Bold Photography Pro and when I made the installation, some pages show twice the same content but this does not occur on all the pages. Also on some pages, there is a huge amount of space between what should be the end of the page and the real end of the page. How can I solve this? How can I get the manual for the theme?
