Page titles missing

Hello, I have an issue with page titles missing from the theme. Here is the strange behaviour:

1. No Titles on pages ( I am using heading block in Gutenberg for now)
2. Invisible titles when in Gutenberg editor for posts and pages.
1. When I click in title area I can see the title.
2. Title appears on published posts but not on published pages

This behaviour continues even after a fresh install of wordpress and theme. My site is campingout.tracyrosen.com Thank you!
