page not found error 404

Hello, I recently switched to Catch Evolution and on the featured page where i have a post, the paragraph ends with continue reading here.....when you click on it, you are taken to an error page "page not found error 404". I'm pretty sure the links are o.k., I need to check if it needs a plug-in to fix it, but I don't know what plug-in to look for. Thank you! http://naturalremediesinfo.biz/naturalremediesforarthritis
