Page Load Wait

Good day I am using the Full Frame Free theme @ www.agswilropark.co.za I was wondering if there is a way to delay the loading of the page until the featured page slider has loaded at least one image? In other words the page will not show until the featured page slider has loaded. I want to prevent users from seeing the content of the page and then suddenly have it jump away when the featured page slider has finished loading. I don't know if this is a strange question.
