Page layout/width

I have a quick question about page width/layout in WordPress. I’m helping a local nonprofit relaunch their website. Everything is pretty much ready to go except the home page. I have inserted three images into the body of the homepage and made them clickable. The ultimate goal is to have the three images appear in 1 line and fill the entire space, left to right. Unfortunately on some monitors they appear in one line and in others the third image gets bumped to the line below. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
