Page: layout options

Hi there! First of all, thanks for a great theme! I have a few question regarding pages. 1) Layout options: Basically I would like the option 'Content, Secondary sidebar' – any way to accomplish this? 2) On the frontpage; featured pages I've used the 'more tag' to split the page content the right place. However, the 'read more' button doesn't show up. Whys is this? Thanks!
