Page jumps while scrolling at the end

There seems to be a bug with scrolling on mobile device (Safari and Chrome). I have Catch Sticky Menu activated as well so maybe that's causing the issue? metagroupre.com is the website. To replicate:

1. On mobile device, scroll all the way to the bottom of the home page
2. Scroll up above the "Contact Us" section (For Safari the page jumps up a few sections here)
3. Scroll down to the "Contact Us" section (For Chrome the page jumps up here)

The page jumps up a 1-2 sections and then gets stuck for a while, seems like it might be the sticky menu getting caught. Any idea what the issue is? Thanks!
