Page Headers

I like the page header blocks but my client doesn't. I reduced the width and merged it with the page color (still in test mode so not decided), but on larger screens there is still part of the wrapper that is black. Can you help me drill down for the css for this so I can change that to blue. See: http://test.shields.ca/about-us/ See the Title 'About Us' and the black on either end of that banner.
