Otzi – Theme NOT loading

Hi Sankin I have tried to upload Otzi Premium theme by FTP and WordPress and it crashes WordPress. When I load the Otzi Premium theme WordPress defaults to Cannot Be Found web page??? I have to delete Otzi by FTP for WordPress to work again... Please help. Thanks Marc
