Order of Theme Options

Hello, The website I am working on is kaimojisocialclub.io. I think I was previously able to change the order of appearence for the theme options. For example, I was able to move the timeline (labeled as Roadmap on my site) on top of the Team section via drag and drop in the Theme Options menu. However, I can't seem to do that anymore. Is there a way I can rearrange the order of these things still? Thanks, Justin
