Optional Sidebars

I want at my Start page (http://digital-cleaning.de = static page) a widget like "Optional Sidebar 1" oder "Home Widget". This widgets are shown in the customizer at the Blog sector (http://digital-cleaning.de/index.php/blog/) but not at the start page. So I went to the "Single Page" of the Start page and click at the bottom "Optional Sidebar 1" - but no effect. What to do? Thank you again!
