Number of 'pages' in homepage

Hello, on the homepage of my site I'm trying to create several 'pages' with different backgrounds, just like the demo shown on the official page of this theme. https://rehabhousingstrategies.it/en/ I don't understand how to create multiple pages on the home. I've used media headers, hero content, featured content, service, homepage settings, to link my pages with text. But I need those features to do basically the same thing: page with background and text. Maybe I got it all wrong so far. How does that demo setup work? Thanks in advance, cheers
