Not being notified by email for new comments

For some reason I'm not getting email notification for new comments. Under users my email is correct. under discussion settings and email me whenever I have the box checked for Anyone posts a comment. and A comment is held for moderation under general settings my email is the same as the one under user Not sure what the problem is
