No Valid Plugins found

I brought the pro version and I was able to download the file. however, when I try and install I get the following message. I have looked on YouTube and the support page to no avail. can you please help Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.
