No text in Slider

Hello, I'm new to WP but i'm starting to get a hang of it and I love this theme. :) I am just wondering if it is possible to just have the image from the post or featured image in the slider without the text from the post. If No, is there anyway to have the slider size fixed. When ever the slider show another post it resizes. Also, the option to show full posts on frontpage (show text summary or full under settings) dosen't seem to work? Is this correct? http://steaminghouse.com Thanks for this amazing theme! :)
