No Tab in About Theme to Add Activation Key

I am trying to activate the Photofocus Pro License I just purchased. When I go to the About Themes section there is no tab for me to enter my license key. I uploaded the file that was sent to me, but somehow it's not acknowledging that I purchased the upgrade. My site is https://audreylamb.com
