no slider since WP 5.5.1

Hello, I have been using Full frame with a child theme for several years without a problem. Since WordPress 5.5.1, the slider no longer works on the home page. At the same time, a white (empty) area appears at the bottom of the page (only on the home page). When I check this area with the explore tool, it looks like the slider is there, but hidden. I tried several things: - local test: it is really the switch to version 5.5.1 that triggers the disappearance of the slider and the white area at the bottom of home page (change from WP 5.4.2 to 5.5.1 direct) - deactivation of all extensions: same problem - added JQuery Migrate Helper extension: same problem - activation of the Full-Frame theme without child-theme: same problem.
