No logo option in Site Identity menu

I used Catchbox in my dev area with no issue loading a logo. Now I changed themes on my live site, and there is no logo option in Site Identity - at the top is Site Title. If you need a screenshot I will publish one somewhere public. Site is: http://www.boontonholmeslibrary.org/
