No image thumbnails when sharing links

Hello! I'm having issues with image thumbnails. When I send links to my website via facebook, text, etc. there is no image present. I tried the plugin Facebook Thumbnail Fixer, and I tried inserting the META tag into the code. Both unsuccessful. Please help! website: elephantstep.com
