No download link for latest version of CatchBox Pro

Hi, I've had this problem before where there is no download link/option to upgrade to the latest version of CatchBox Pro. I have a valid subscription through to August next year, as per the following extract: Order Subscription Status Next Payment End Date Actions #42372 Catch Box Pro (Theme Usage for Lifetime and Update for 1 year) Active - August 13, 2015 Last time this happened your rep, Sangeeta Karmacharya, found my account was on hold and needed to be reactivated.
