No ‘Down’ Menu Color

Site & Page:  https://rmc.shenvalleyonline.com/events/ All the inactive navigation tabs are black with white text. All of the active navigation tabs are white with black text except Calendar which remains black with white text even when active. How can I fix this? Thanks!
