No Appearance > Theme Options

I have set up Adventurous Pro 3.8 on a new site. When I go to: Appearance > Theme Options I can only see the Title of this section but not the list of functionality i can change. Have you changed the layout of the theme admin? When I go to: Appearance > Customize I have access to all the functionality. I am trying to work out if there is a problem or a change of layout?
