News Ticker Position issue

Hi, After activating the News Ticker, it appears right below the slider/header image while the News Ticker Position option is not set (empty). Setting that option to Above Content will indeed move it down to right above the content but setting the option to Below Slider / Header Image will not move it (back) up to the initial position. Bug?
