News Ticker not working at all

I just renewed my purchase for the Rock Star Pro theme because my news ticker function is no longer working. I have updated to the latest version and it still doesn't work . All I see when I click on the News Ticker in the customization area is the option to disable it or enable it for a page or whole site. It doesn't give me any other options and it's no longer switches to the other headlines. I thought renewing would update and fix this but it hasn't. I've tried refreshing my page several times. The only customization I've done is add some HTML to the header area to allow for a subscription form to pop up. Otherwise I've made no other changes to the structure except what functions are built in. My site is myradiocronk.com
